To sign your child up and get a ‘FREE Rhythm Master Microphone’ please complete these 2 steps:
Fill in a form to be on the register above. You can choose your child’s favourite coloured microphone on this form and it will be delivered to the address you give me. (Your child will not be on the register if this is not completed.)
2. Purchase a space. (Your child will not have secured a space if this is not completed.)
